OSRS / RuneLite boundary
A normal Android or iPadOS tablet is a mobile-client device, not a RuneLite device. A Windows 2-in-1 can be a different case because it runs desktop software. Check the operating system before you compare screen size.

RuneLite is not a normal Android or iPadOS tablet client. Start with OSRS Mobile on those platforms. Choose a Windows 2-in-1 only when the desktop client and its hardware requirements are the actual reason for the purchase. The screen can be tablet-sized in both cases, but the client path is not the same. If the exact Windows device cannot meet desktop client requirements, it is not a RuneLite tablet.
A Windows tablet needs the same client checks as a laptop. Identify whether it uses an Intel/AMD or ARM processor, then check the current RuneLite installer and Jagex Launcher guidance for that system. A Windows label alone does not confirm that your account, graphics plugins, and preferred client will work together.

If you want mobile

Android videos may show a Linux environment and remote display tools running desktop software. That is an experimental setup with extra installation and input steps. A remote desktop connection instead runs RuneLite on another computer and sends its display to the tablet. Neither gives you an official RuneLite Android app.

Five-minute compatibility check
Run these checks in order. If the answer fails at the operating-system step, stop comparing tablet sizes. If it fails at the client step, do not treat a wrapper, emulator, or remote desktop as RuneLite support.

RuneLite's official FAQ says there will not be a RuneLite mobile client. iPadOS therefore uses the official mobile client path.
