Amazon lists the Razer Stream Controller X as unavailable, and its Loupedeck software support was pulled in May 2026 before being restored in August. Put Discord mute, clip capture, audio device switch, and music on the first page. Let Smart Profiles on the Neo or Dynamic Mode on the Controller X load a game's page when it has focus. Keep your rotation or combat keys on keyboard and mouse.
Eight keys suit one raid-utility page: skull, cross, ready check, pull timer, mount, hearth, Discord mute, and clip. Put the other markers on a second page reached with a Touch Point. Team Echo's WoW profile was built for the MK.2, but Elgato says it works on other Stream Deck models, so the Neo can run it with paging. Install the Echo Stream Deck Tools addon first.

The Stream Deck app needs Windows 11 64-bit or macOS 13 or later. It must be running for keys to work, and Smart Profiles can switch layouts by active app. Multi Actions can fire several steps, so keep them out of combat.
Controller X runs on Loupedeck 6.4.1 (Windows 10 or later; macOS 10.15 or later); Dynamic Mode switches profiles by detected app. Loupedeck announced Razer support would end in May 2026, then restored it in August; Options+ 2.7 fixes the detection issue from versions 2.4 to 2.6. Some Razer plugins only run on Loupedeck 5.9.1. If your game runs as administrator, run the deck app the same way so hotkeys land.
Amazon lists the Controller X as currently unavailable, and no other Amazon listing turned up. Loupedeck said on May 28, 2026 that version 6.4 would drop Razer devices, then restored Controller X support in 6.4.1 on August 19; Options+ 2.7 fixed the detection issue from versions 2.4 to 2.6. Some legacy plugins, including Razer plugins, only work on Loupedeck 5.9.1.

The Neo only works while the Stream Deck app is running. Neither speeds up a rotation, so combat stays on keyboard and mouse. Keep one key per game bind, since a Multi Action or multi-link macro that fires several abilities is automation.

Amazon lists it as currently unavailable with no restock date, and we found no other Amazon listing for it. Razer's product page for it now redirects to a general controllers page. Software support also changed: Loupedeck said in May 2026 it would drop Razer devices, then restored support in version 6.4.1 in August.
Yes. Loupedeck 6.4.1 supports the Razer Stream Controller and Controller X on Windows 10 or later and macOS 10.15 or later. If Logi Options+ 2.4 to 2.6 is installed, update to Options+ 2.7 or Loupedeck 6.4.1 so the device is detected. Some Razer plugins only run on Loupedeck 5.9.1.

Get the Neo if 8 keys per page is enough and desk space is tight. Get the MK.2 if you want 15 keys on one page, the same count as the Controller X, on Elgato's software. Both need Windows 11 or macOS 13 or later.
